Czech Beer Dinner with Dancing Gnome

  • Golden Age Beer Company 337 East 8th Avenue Homestead, PA, 15120 United States (map)

Take a deep dive into Czech beer and cuisine with Golden Age, Dancing Gnome, and Golden Age's Executive Chef, Jonah Frazier. Tickets can be purchased online, are $100 each, and include gratuity.

This beer dinner is a five course, five beer pairing dinner with an option for carnivores and vegans alike. Golden Age will serve its three Czech-style lagers: Pilsner, Dark, and Amber. Dancing Gnome will serve its "tmavy" or "Dark" lager. And, finally, Golden Age and Dancing Gnome will release for the first time their collaboration beer, a Pale Lager that they brewed together at Dancing Gnome's Sharpsburg brewery.

For the food, Chef Frazier has studied Eastern European cuisine, and has prepared a menu that focuses on traditional Czech dishes with modern touches, including some that he pulls from his own family's Slovenian roots.

The following menu is subject to change based on the availability of ingredients.
