Classic German Pilsner brewed with German Pilsner malt, and the finest Tettnang-grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saphir hops. 5.1%

Heller Bock brewed to celebrate the arrival of spring and Biergarten season. Rich Heirloom German Barley adds layers of sweet biscuits saturated by a double decoction in the brewhouse. Tettnang-grown Perle hops add their pleasant bitterness and minty aroma. An extended rest in our Keller of almost 6 months rounds everything out. 6%

Belgian Pilsner brewed as a homage to Cantillion, and the incredible honor of being selected to host Zwanze Day this year. Sugar Creek French Pilsner malt lends a rustic, farmhouse character that is supported by the use of aged, whole-leaf lambic hops in the boil. 4.5%

Young dry hopped Pilsner brewed with Spalter Select, Saphir and Perle hops from our favorite family hop farm in Tettnang. 4.7%

Helles Märzen. A Helles Lager that was naturally carbonated (Kräusened) with a small addition of fermenting Rauchbier Märzen. Honeyed malts and the faintest whisper of smoke. 5%
