We are excited to celebrate our first anniversary with a German beer dinner from our Executive Chef, Jonah Frazier.
This beer dinner is a five course, five beer pairing dinner with an option for carnivores and vegans alike. We will serve the following five German-style Golden Age beers: Kölsch, Rauch Helles, Bock, Rauchbier, and our latest batch of German Pilsner (which we are releasing that day for the event).
For the food, Chef Frazier has taken a deep dive into German cuisine, and has prepared a menu that focuses on traditional German dishes with modern touches.
The following menu is subject to change based on the availability of ingredients.
